Category exclusivity means that Downtown Directories presents only one participating provider as the recognized partner for that specific service category within that city platform. It does not prevent other professionals from operating in the city, and it is not a claim that the partner is the only qualified provider available.
What recognition means
Recognition reflects a commercial partnership with Downtown Directories or a participating city platform. It does not constitute governmental approval, regulatory accreditation, professional certification or a guarantee of service quality or outcomes.
Independent professional relationships
Downtown Directories and its city platforms do not provide dental, medical, legal, accounting or other professional advice. Participating providers remain independently responsible for professional services, fees, appointments, advice, records and client relationships.
