DowntownDirectories.com is not an open public-listing directory, booking service, referral agency, professional regulator, government authority or provider of professional services.

The website provides general network, city and professional-category information. It does not determine whether a provider or service is appropriate for a particular person, business, transaction, claim, condition or circumstance.

Participating providers and paid recognition

A participating provider may pay for exclusive category recognition, profile development, placement and related services within a selected city platform. Exclusivity means that one provider is presented as the recognized participating partner for the defined category while the applicable commercial relationship remains in effect.

Recognition reflects the network’s editorial and commercial selection process. It is not governmental or regulatory approval, professional accreditation, certification, a comparative ranking, a guarantee of services or outcomes, or a representation that the provider is the best, lowest-cost or only suitable provider.

Recognition does not guarantee website traffic, enquiries, appointments, clients or revenue. Separate written terms may govern the commercial relationship between Downtown Directories and a participating provider.
